Why can’t I unlock or lock?
Please reset the unlock direction via the app or keypad.
Why won’t my lock connect to WiFi?
Please connect your phone to 2.4G WiFi and turn on Bluetooth when connecting for the first time. Take the smart lock near to the router.
If above does not work, reset the router, or use another mobile to connect.
How to increase battery life?
You can set the WiFi sleep period in the app to reduce power consumption. When the lock is in sleep mode, it will disconnect from WiFi. The WiFi will automatically reconnect when the doorbell is pressed or the lock is awakened.
