This light bulb camera work with 5G WiFi? and waterproof?

Yes, it support 2.4G&5G,please choose the 5G WiFi when the distance is less 328ft, otherwise choose the 2.4G one,

camera not waterproof, pls screw it in the fixtures under the eaves, or place it in the front porch, or garage and basement with proof.

This light bulb camera need to subscribe the cloud?

Our security camera outdoor is support cloud and SD card, but the TF card (Max to 128G) is not included, if you insert a micro SD card, you don’t have to subscribe the cloud storage.

Can I receive app alert when I am not pay cloud service?

Yes, absolutely, but the informed alert video would be very short, please click the SD storage and playback the video, you will find the whole video alert what happened.

What should I do when the light bulb camera fail to connect?

1. Our cameras support 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Switch WiFi to 5G.

2. Reset the camera and add camera again ( press the reset button for 5s, hear the beep and wait 1-2 minutes to restart).

Note: the WIFI name and password cannot have special symbols

What should I do when the motion detection is too sensitive or too insensitive ?

Please use the app to adjust the Detection Sensitivity Level by App: Setting————–Motion Detection Alert———-Detection Sensitivity Level,

If still cannot work please PLS us.
