There will be several blinds in my room. Will the blinds be controlled individually？

Yes, simply put each blind on different channel (there’re 2-channel remote, 6-channel remote and 8-channel wall switch). If you want to control all blinds with one click, simply put all blinds on the same channel of the same remote.

Why I don’t get the charging adapter and cable for each blind?

The charging adapter and cable can be shared among the blinds. Typically there’s one adapter/cable for every 2 blinds.

Can I change the position of the motor for easier charging access?

Yes, the motor can be easily taken out from the blind tube and inserted into the other end.

Can the motor be compatible with Apple Homekit?

No, it’s not compatible with Apple Homekit. However, it’s compatible with Alexa and Google Home through the use of Broadlink RF4 Pro smart hub. With this Broadlink hub above, the blind can be controlled on Siri.

Why does my blind LED keep blinking?

This is an indication that the battery needs to be charged. Please charge it before the battery is totally gone. Pay attention to this specially in the case where there is a valance.
