The headphones have a one-year coverage, including headphones damaged, microphone failure, audio quality, lack of ears and connection issues. Please reach out our support team, we will solve the problem for you.
Why doesn’t the headset have sound?
Please make sure to plug audio cable into the headset.
2 in 1 adapter cable, green is audio cable, red is microphone cable. Please plug the cable into the connector correctly.
The USB cable is too short, how do I do it?
You may want to consider getting a USB extension cable to increase the length.
The light will only work when the USB cable is inserted.
I received the package, but the headphones don’t come with cat ears. How do I fix?
