Where has this been so my life and why did I waste so many years without it??! Didn't want some fancy espresso machine just good, strong hot or iced coffee with cold and hot foam, and if i managed to make an easy latte, even better. This simple machine exceeded my expectations! After searching through hundreds of machines from cheap to in the thousands, I settled in this one for just under $50. It makes perfect cold and hot foam. My lattes are delicious. I've made my foam with half creamer half whipping cream, just whipping cream, and oat milk so far. My favorite is the half whip half creamer. These lattes are better than any overpriced one I've had from coffee shops and I love that i can make them worth my own ingredients, organically and without chemicals but without losing the taste. I'm simple. I'm not a barrista or an expert on coffee by any means and I had this figured out in minutes. I'll never go back to keurig again. My life is now complete. Who knew it would be that easy to fill your day with joy? Super easy to clean to. Now I'm going to go back to enjoying my pistachio marshmallow latte. If you're on the line, do it. Expensive bells and whistles aren't always necessary. And it doesn't take any longer than waiting for a keurig to warm up and brew.

This thing is horrible. I was so excited when I got it today! I couldn't wait to make my first latte so I unboxed and washed it right away. I followed the instructions exactly (there really is no way not to, the levels are clearly marked – the frother with 3 different lines for cappuccino, latte & max. And the water tank with different ounce levels). I added 4oz of water to the reservoir (which is not a tank like my keurig, you have to add the exact amount of water for each cup each time) and filled the frother to the "latte" line then hit the "hot" button for both. The coffee started off with a steady stream that was somehow pouring to the right then it started slowly dripping and splashing EVERYWHERE until we ended up with only 2.5oz of coffee for our "latte" and over 6oz of milk. I put them together bs I HAD to try it – it was not good. My normally good espresso grounds were bitter and it was simply too much milk. Idk how anyone would purposely want those ratios.
I was not impressed and did not care to continue to waste so much coffee ground (those 2.5ozs called for 50% more grounds than a full cup from a keurig reusable pod!!).
This is very poorly designed so back it goes.
Oh! And three only option given for returns is USPS! I hate going to our post office bcz it is ALWAYS packed. I will always prefer UPS for it's convenience.
I took 3 videos of the process but was only allowed to upload 1 so I added a couple of screen shots.
