Check if the milk tank is securely locked and ensure you’re using chilled whole milk. If the issue persists, please contact Safer-Sales for further assistance.

Why is there a lot of water left in my filter, and why does my coffee taste weak?

This issue occurs when the coffee is not fully extracted. Ensure the coffee grounds are between 0.2mm-0.3mm in size and that the filter is filled properly, pressing the grounds to the maximum level.

Why is my coffee not hot enough?

Pre-warm your cups by rinsing them with hot water several times, and ensure the machine is adequately preheated by running multiple hot water cycles before brewing.

These accessories ( Portafilter / Filters ) are dishwasher safe?
