Which finger should I wear it on?
For the best accuracy, we recommend the index finger of your non-dominant hand. The middle or ring fingers also work well—just ensure the sensor is positioned against the palm side of your finger.
How is this different from a smartwatch?
At under 4g, it’s lighter and more comfortable for 24/7 wear and sleep tracking. Enjoy up to 7 days of battery life and a screen-free experience without distracting notifications, all at a more accessible value.
Can I wear it in the pool or shower?
Absolutely. Both rings feature a 10ATM water-resistance rating, making them perfect for swimming, showering, and daily activity. Please note they are not intended for deep-sea diving.

WATER RESISTANCE AND MATERIALS: Made from ultra-lightweight titanium alloy, QRNT Slim is comfortable for daily wear. It is water-resistant in fresh water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, suitable for activities such as handwashing, light water exposure, or exercise, offering flexibility for both active and everyday use.
COMFORT, FIT, AND ADJUSTABILITY: QRNT Slim is 25% thinner than earlier versions, weighing between 2.5g and 3.1g depending on size. Two silicone covers are included for extra comfort, surface protection, and personalization. The ring is rigid and not adjustable, so the QALO Size Chart should be used to ensure the right fit.
SMARTPHONE COMPATIBILITY AND APP INTEGRATION: QRNT Slim works with both iOS and Android devices, syncing with Apple Health and the QALO app. The app is included at no additional cost, and users have the ability to manage or delete their information at any time, ensuring control over personal data.
