The EVB WiFi Monitoring Sensor is an AI-enabled, wireless event-based monitoring sensor designed to track equipment impact/collision events and equipment running status through learned motion behavior. Using Learn Mode, the EVB monitor sensor observes normal motion patterns for a specific asset and builds a behavioral baseline threshold. Once trained, the sensor automatically detects abnormal events—such as impacts, collisions, or unexpected movement—as well as changes in operating state, including when equipment starts, stops, or deviates from normal running behavior. The EVB monitor sensor uses a 6-axis IMU (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope) and operates in an event-driven workflow rather than continuous data streaming. When an abnormal event is detected, the sensor instantly wakes from sleep, captures the event, applies a millisecond-accurate timestamp using its onboard real-time clock (RTC), and transmits the data over Wi-Fi. If no network is available, the event is securely stored on 16 MB onboard flash and automatically synced once connectivity is restored. The sensor connects via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, allowing direct browser access with no software installation required. Powered by a 240 MHz dual-core processor and a 500 mAh rechargeable battery, the EVB monitor sensor delivers reliable monitoring in portable, temporary, or fixed installations. Designed for equipment monitoring, EV systems, logistics validation, and R&D environments, the EVB sensor provides clear, traceable insight into when something happened and how equipment is operating, without complex integrations or control-system access. AI-Learning for Impact & Collision Monitoring – Learn Mode trains the sensor on normal motion behavior and automatically detects abnormal events such as impacts, drops, collisions, or unexpected movement with precise timestamps.
AI-Based Equipment Running Status Monitoring – Learn normal operating motion patterns to identify when equipment is running, idle, stopped, or behaving outside expected conditions—without tapping into control systems.
Event-Driven Monitoring (Not Continuous Vibration Analysis) – Designed to capture and log meaningful motion events only, reducing noise while preserving clear operational insights.
Reliable Event Capture & Storage – Automatically wakes on abnormal events, logs data with millisecond-accurate RTC timestamps, and stores events locally if the network is unavailable.
Wi-Fi &Portal Data Access– Operates over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, REST API support, and no software installation required.
