Upon receiving your machine, ensure to read the user manual thoroughly and run a cleaning cycle with water before your first use to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
What is the voltage of the espresso machine?
The espresso machine operates at 120 Volts and is suitable for use in the United States.
Can I use acidic cleaners or put the portafilter and filter baskets in the dishwasher?
No. Acidic liquids (including descaling agents, vinegar, or lemon juice) must never be used to clean or soak the portafilter and filter baskets, as they can corrode or discolor the metal. These parts are also not dishwasher-safe.
How do I clean the steam wand after making milk-based drinks?
Immediatly use a damp cloth to wipe off milk stains on the outside of the steam wand and release steam to flush out residue inside the steam wand, you can also refer to the user manual.
