What is the benefit of a silicone baking pan compared to the traditional metal version?
We like the silicone pan for ease of handling and popping the baked goods out of the tin. Once your cupcakes or muffins are done, you simply push them out of the pan from the bottom.
Do I need to use a cupcake liner or grease the pan?
No. There is no need to use a liner or greae the pan. You fill the cups with dough or batter and then bake, that’s it! No need to search for matching cupcake liners or add additional butter or shortening to your baking.
