Can I connect the karaoke machine to my TV?
Yes, you can easily connect it to your TV via Bluetooth. Please note, it does not support HDMI cables.
Why is the music low or pausing when I use the mics?
This means Mic Priority mode is on. Long press the Mic Priority button (the top button on the speaker) to turn it off.
What should I do when the microphones don’t connect to the speaker?
The mics need 2 AA batteries. Please try fresh batteries first. If it still doesn’t work, please reach out to us for help.
Why won’t it turn on after charging?
Please use the provided cable and a 5V/1A adapter for best results. Using a higher-voltage adapter may trigger the overcharge protection and prevent charging.
