What should I do if Kiwi Ears Ardor won’t pair with my device?
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. Restart both the headphones and the device. Remove the headphones from the device’s Bluetooth list and try pairing them again.
Why is the audio quality poor, and how can I fix it?
Poor sound quality, such as static or intermittent audio, can be caused by interference or being out of range. Move closer to the connected device (within 10 meters), avoid wireless interference, and update the headphones’ firmware if available.
My Bluetooth headphones are uncomfortable. What can I do?
