Press and hold the DEFROST icon to enable/disable Silent Mode. In Silent Mode, the button sounds will be muted.

Auto shut off in 5 minutes, press and hold CANCEL icon for 3 seconds to shut off directly

How to turn off the toaster?

The toaster will auto shut off in 5 minutes after toasting done, press and hold CANCEL button for 3 seconds will turn it off direclty.

Why does the toaster heat for a shorter time during the second toasting?

Because the toaster has a temperature control system, it automatically adjusts the heating time based on the internal temperature to ensure the bread is toasted as expected and to prevent over-toasting.

Why are some of the toaster’s heating wires glowing red while others are not, is it defective?

Some heating wires that are tightly attached on the wall may not glow red while heating. This does not affect the heating performance and is completely normal. If lightly adjusted, they may glow red, but for your safety, we do not recommend so.

Why the toaster not working after pressed START？

After the toaster has not been operated for a period of time, it will enter child lock mode. You will see four lines on the screen. Simply reselect the heating option and press Start to begin toasting.

Why the screen not responsive?

1. If you accidently touched 2 icons at the same time, it will not response, so please touch with your FINGERTIP.

2. When the screen locked ( showing 4 lines in timer area ), touch START will not response, please reselect the programs.
