Great one-touch coffee machine! I've been very happy with this machine. I wanted a one-touch machine that would make lattes without the usual hassle of cleaning of the milk steamer. The milk is in a 3-piece container which detaches easily from the machine. You can store unused milk in the fridge and put the container in the dishwasher to wash it. Make is so much easier to make lattes.
Only complaints I have are what some others have already expressed: 1) to get an 8 oz size latte, you have to make 2 lattes. There's no large size setting. The "hopper" where the beans feed into the machine is too shallow, so if the beans are at all oily, they stick and won't slide down the funnel without prodding.
This was much cheaper than my Jura, and I like it much better. I bought a refurbished machine and it works great. Only downside was the cover for the beans storage was cracked. Just cosmetic.

Hard to really complain. They thought out everything in this. Extremely easy to clean, operate, and it makes specialty coffees that are as good, if not better than Starbucks. The only thing I can knock, is that you can't fit many travel mugs under it for on the go brews. Yeti makes a 10 oz tumbler that just clears the nozzles.
It's expensive, but so far I would say it's worth it.

Nice machine but a few things to know. It does a lot of rinsing so you have to keep filling the water tank. Coffee could be a bit stronger even with the grind all the way fine. You have to rinse the milk container after every use. The learning curve is a little steep both for the machine and the owner.
