The Robot Coupe CL55E floor standing unit is designed to cut large amounts of vegetables in no time at all. Robust, efficient, easy to clean and offering the widest variety of cuts. Gain consistency and save hours in mise en place: slice, grate, julienne, ripple cut, french fries, dice and even puree. This commercial food processor allows you to quickly prepare up to 700 meals a day. This sturdy machine features a stainless steel bulk feed head and stand that makes it easy to process large amounts of product, including full heads of lettuce or cabbage. Plus, attachments are easy to remove and clean. A 3mm (1/8″) slicing disc and 3mm (1/8″) grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting an all metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, dice, julienne, and even create a ripple. The Robot Coupe CL55 bulk processor requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. The machine’s 3 hp motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and two casters are incl>uded to facilitate movement when needed.

TWO HOPPEERS: This food processor features two hoppers for processing all types of foods. A large full-moon hopper one, and a second round hopper will take long vegetables like carrots or delicate vegetables like tomatoes.
