Why doesn’t the image look like 1080P ?

Some software may compress video causing low video quality. Example, for ZOOM users,go to setting–video setting–“Enable HD”.

Do I have to download the CZUR software?

No, CZUR software is NOT mandatory. Most softwares are compatible with Halo.

Halo can work with Windows, 32-bit or 64-bit, and macOS.

Is the Halo webcam compatible with Windows Hello?

No, it is not working with Windows Hello.
