How to use Alexa and Google Assistant to control lights?

Alexa: Turn on/off the “device name”; set the bedroom light to fifty percent; brighten “device name”; dim “device name”.

Google: OK Google, turn on/off “device name”; brighten light at 10%; brighten/dim lights by 20%; brighten the kitchen slightly…

You adjusted the brightness, but the switch doesn’t respond?

Please check the range settings on the app, tap the SW17 switch and adjust the range value to the default 1%-100%. Limiting the range value will also lock the dimming range of the switch.

Can’t work like a real three-way switch, smart switch needs full control?

In this case, the two traveler wires are not connected properly. Then the electrical circuit must be powered by SW17 at the line end to make your ordinary 3-way switch work properly.
