I found the cappuccino maker made a noise only, and did not brew the coffee at the first time for use

1. Please check the red rubber plug is remove or not

2. Check the water tank is placed properly

3. Add purified water until the MIN line is exceeded

I found the milk tank is not working properly, why?

1. Please check the milk tank whether is locked.

2. Please use chilled whole milk.

3. Deep clean according to the cleaning instructions and clean the air inlet with a 0.2mm needle

I found that my espresso suddenly isn’t hot enough

1. Scald the cup with hot water several times

2. Run the espresso a few times without ground coffee so that the machine can preheat more especially in winter season

3. Adjust the temperature according to the operating instructions in the manual

I found that the power button flash 5 times before every use,why?

This means that your coffee maker has brewed 500 times and needs to be descaled
