HOW TO MAKE COLD BREW
How to Brew (Use cold brewer, french press, or mason jar)
1. Add coarse ground coffee & cold, filtered water to brewing device (we recommend a 1:8 ratio of water to coffee. For example, 8 cups of cold filtered water to 1 cup of ground coffee)
2. Stir, cover & leave inside fridge
3. After ~ 18 -24 hours (depending on if you want a ready-to-drink coffee or if you want to brew a concentrate), press or strain & enjoy!

BENEFITS OF COLD BREWING
Cold Brew is NOT just iced coffee. Cold brewing is a process that takes 18-24 hours (depending on desired strength) and uses room temperature water. The brewing happens slowly over time instead of quickly with hot water. This difference creates a smoother, less acidic, sweeter coffee.
