When the battery level is low, the keyboard may experience connectivity issues. To resolve this, please update the BT function of the device and fully charge the keyboard.
Can it work with a PS4, PS5 or Xbox?
RK keyboards are compatible with certain games on PS4, PS5, and Xbox in wired mode. However, our keyboards cannot connect to Xbox One, PS4, and PS5 via Bluetooth mode.
How to adjust the lighting mode?
